Amendments
Amendments are used to update the Activity before the response deadline.
An Amendment changes the definition of an Activity. Any Contract Holder who can view the original version of an Activity can also view all Amendments to the Activity.
An amendment is one of the following:
Extension Notice | Extends the Q & A or Response Deadline |
Point of Contact (POC) Change | Changes one or more Points of Contact (POCs) for the Activity |
Add/Delete Document | Add a new document or remove an existing document |
Q&A | A Q&A Amendment includes a question submitted by a Contract Holder and a response from the Federal Customer or from NITAAC. Q&A Amendments are generated automatically. You cannot manually create a Q&A Amendment. All Contract Holders who can see the Activity can see all Q&A Amendments. A Q&A Amendment does not include the names of the Contract Holders who ask questions. |
