About the View All Page
The Activity Definition View All page lets you view the settings for the Activity. You can scroll through the page to review the selections that you made for the Activity. You can click any section to expand it. You if needed, you can make changes in any section.
Note
The sections that appear match the items in the Left Rail. The sections vary, depending on the Activity that you're reviewing.
When you're satisfied with the definition, you can click one of the following:
Item | Action |
|---|---|
Delete | Deletes the item without saving. |
Save & Close | Saves the Activity. You can come back to it later to complete the definition. |
Save & Release Save & Submit | Saves the Activity and starts the next step in the process. The next step varies depending on the type of Activity. |
