Some fixes were included in intermediate hotfix releases since release 6.4. The release includes the following new or upgraded features and fixes:

The e-GOS system now warns you 7 days before your password expires.
In the Finance Dashboard, Contract Holders with more than one contract only appear one time.
Previously, when you clicked Export on the Activities Dashboard, only visible items were exported. The e-GOS system will now export all of the found items. (Note: Add note to docs.)
When logging in, the Dashboard no longer appears until it is fully loaded.
A Contract Holder can only have a single change to a specific item in the GSS Catalog in review at one time. When review is complete, the Contract Holder can submit additional changes to the item.
The GSS filter appeared in advanced search for CIO=SP3 and CIO-SPR Small Business Contract Holders.
When a Federal Customer views responses, CIO-CS and CIO-SP3/SP3 Small Business showed different statistic types.
We updated the text of the email notification to Contract Holders when e-GOS generates a new invoice.
If a Modification was approved, then unapproved, then approved again, the Finance dashboards could calculate the total modification amounts incorrectly.
If a Finance User added comments when adjusting an invoice, the comments did not appear in the ledger.
The Submit Adjustment button was enabled when a NITAAC user adjusted an award but no adjustment was entered.
Clarified the message that appears for Contract Holders on a Quarterly Activity Report that does not include any Funding Modifications or a Quarterly NCAF Report that does not include any NCAF payments.
If a Finance User added a negative credit to a Contract Holder, e-GOS did not display an error message.
Improved the handling of Contract Holder metrics in the Finance User view for Contract Holders with more than one contract.
Improved how we validate data when users enter an initial award.
If a Contract Holder submitted a Modification for a newly-awarded GSS Order and a NITAAC Contracting Officer approved the Modification, the Left Rail could fail to properly appear.
The Submit button in Contract Holder Profile Management is now unavailable until the profile is changed.
If an Activity has a created but not yet released Amendment attached and the Activity is Awarded, the Delete and Release buttons no longer appear in the Amendment actions.
The Respond item no longer appears for NITAAC Contracting Officers for an activity that has been Awarded.
Contract Holders and Federal Customers who use a username and password to access e-GOS can now change their Password and Secret Question in their Profile. (Include links to help)
In the Contract Holder Activity and Metrics dashboard, the percentage change in the Total Awards area were displayed incorrectly.

A Contract Holder can now enter notes when reporting a modification. The NITAAC Reviewer can see these notes.

If a user closed the Multi-Factor Authentication pop-up instead of entering the value, an error would occur and the e‑GOS System would not load properly.

Is this close enough to a a duplicate of NGS-15059 that the text there covers it?
When a user creates an Outside System RFQ and attaches a CLIN, the generated CLIN document is not attached to the Activity, and the correct Total Quote Amount does not appear.

Upgraded the framework to a newer version. Made changes to the user interface code to support upgrading to the next version of the framework.
We upgraded the way that e‑GOS tracks and handles session timeouts when you are not active. This makes sessions timeouts more reliable and more secure.
If you used e‑GOS prior to December 2025, and it's your first time logging in, e‑GOS now automatically prompts you to set up a Security Question to use when you reset your password.
The release includes the following fixes.
There were errors in some of the layout, text format, table layouts, spacing, colors, date formats and so on. In addition, we found a small number of spelling and grammatical errors and fixed them.
Previously, after the Question and Answer deadline passed, Federal Customers could not view the Q&A Tab in Activity Details. Federal Customers can now view the tab, answer questions, and create Q&A Amendments after the deadline has passed.
If a Federal Customer used the GSS pages to place a GSS order, the order did not appear in the GSS Orders tab. Orders now appear in the page.
If a Federal Customer started a Clarify/Discuss period for an Activity and a Contract Holder started a response to that request but did not submit a revised quote before the extension period ended, then the response could not be submitted.
Filters in GSS have been updated to enhance their reliability and speed.
We improved the way that e‑GOS handles Release, Question, Response, and Award dates that are not in ascending order when a Federal Customer or a NITAAC user creates a new Activity and schedules it to be released on a specific date.
When a Contract Holder responds to an RFQ, e‑GOS no longer includes an asterisk (*) symbol to indicate that both a Primary and an Alternate Contact is required.
When a Federal Customer created a Clarify & Discuss period, e‑GOS set the deadline one hour later than the deadline selected by the customer.
If a Point of Contact included a middle name, it did not appear when you searched for Points of Contact.
If a Federal Customer needed to make changes to an Activity after NITAAC review, additional text could appear before the Activity ID in the Activity Details.
When a NITAAC Finance user approves multiple payments, they can set the OFM credit date for the payments individually or they can set all of the payments to the same date. We updated the way the user selects the option to use a radio button instead of a toggle.
If a user created a new Activity and saved it without releasing or submitting to NITAAC and then made changes to the Assisted Acquisition options, e‑GOS could fail to save those changes.
If a NITAAC Finance user added comments to a payment, e‑GOS could fail to save the comments with the payment.
When a Contract Holder built a quote to respond to an Activity and search for a specific CLIN that did not exist, e‑GOS did not display the correct error message.
If a Contract Holder made changes to an existing CLIN in the TRP Product Catalog, then clicked a different tab without saving the changes, e‑GOS prompted the user to save the changes and then displayed a blank page.
When a Federal Customer or a NITAAC user created an amendment that included a deadline, e‑GOS included the minutes in the deadline. Amendment deadlines now end on the hour.
When a Contract Holder submitted a TRP and a NITAAC user reviewed it, the name of the user who submitted the changes did not appear.
If a Federal Customer or a NITAAC user created an Add/Remove Documents Amendment, they could designate more than one of the files as requirements documents. Only one document in the Amendment should be a requirements document.
If a Federal Customer or a NITAAC user created an Add/Remove Documents Amendment and clicked Back to Amendments without saving the Amendment, e‑GOS displayed an error message. The error message that appeared did not include complete text, and the Save button was not labeled.
When a NITAAC user reviewed a TRP submission, the Approve/Reject options did not appear in some circumstances.
If a Contract Holder submitted a question during a Question and Answer priod and the Federal Customer answered the question, the Contract Holder could delete the question after it was answered.
If a Contract Holder uploaded a spreadsheet to create a TRP, e‑GOS could display an error message with an incorrect number of errors during the validation process.
If a Contract Holder responded to an Activity and submitted the response and then viewed the activity again, they could not close the Activity unless they made a change and saved it.

Users assigned to the Contract Holder Limited Staff role can view items but not make changes. Each time that a user in this role viewed an item, an error message appeared with a warning that the user was not authorized to make changes.
When a NITAAC Finance user entered payment information in the Add Payments page, the Total Payment Amount field sometimes did not update properly until you moved to a new field.
