To Sort a Report

  • Click any column heading to sort in ascending order (A-Z. 0-9). An arrow icon (Screenshot of the Ascending Sort indicator in reports. The arrow is black, on a white background, and points up.)appears in the column header, pointing up.

  • Click the column heading again to sort in descending order. An arrow icon (Screenshot of the Descending Sort indicator in reports. The arrow is black, on a white background, and points down.) appears in the column header, pointing down.
