Finance (Dashboard)

The Finance dashboard lets you view Activities that affect Finance.

You can view all activities for a single Contract Holder, or you can view all Activities. You can use search to locate a specific Activity and review it.

You can select a single Contract Holder from the Select Contract Holder drop-down list to view information about the Contract Holder. The Metrics area lists basic information about the Contract Holder's activities, including:

  • The number of Mods Requiring Review

  • Unpaid Invoices

  • Quarterly Reports Completed

You can click Contract Holder Details to view all activities for that Contract Holder.

The All Contract Holder Activities area lists all activities.

For each Activity, the dashboard lists basic information, including the following:

ID

The unique ID for the Activity in e‑GOS. The ID also lists the GWAC for the Activity. Click the Activity ID to view more information or perform any needed actions.

Title

The Activity title. Only the first few characters of the title appear. Move the mouse pointer over see more to see the entire title.

Point of Contact

The primary point of contact specified in the Activity.

Contract Holder

The Contract Holder t

Status

The current status of the Activity.

Funding

The total funding for the Activity.

Mod Status

The number and status of any Mods to the award.

You can click the Items per page drop-down list to control how many items appear in the list. By default, 10 items appear at a time.

You can click < to view the previous page of items or > to view the next page.

Tip

Click the header of any column in the table to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order. You can only sort on a single column at a time.

An arrow pointing up in the heading for a column (Sort Ascending Icon. When a table is sorted Ascending, it is sorted in a-z, 0-9 order by alphabet or by numerals.) indicates that the table is sorted in ascending (a-z, 0-9) order on that column.

An arrow pointing down in the heading for a column (Sort Descending Icon. When a table is sorted Descending, it is sorted in z-a, 9-0 order by alphabet or by numerals.) indicates that the table is sorted in descending (z-a, 9-0) order on that column.
