To View an Activity Summary

In the e‑GOS Activities dashboard, you can view a summary of any Activity whose definition is complete. If the Activity Status is Definition, the Summary does not appear. Instead, you can finish defining the Activity.

  1. In the Activities dashboard, locate the Activity you want to view, then do one of the following:

    • Click the Activity ID

    • Click Open

    Tip

    You can use the Search options to locate the Activity that you want to view. For more information, see To Search for an Activity.

  2. In the Left Rail, click Summary.

  3. In the Summary page, review the Activity. The items in the Left Rail vary, depending on the status of the Activity and on your role.
