To Certify your Contract Holder Profile
Certification by Contract Holder Program Manager
Only the Contract Holder Program Manager certifies Quarterly Reports and the Contract Holder Profile.
If Quarterly Reports and the Contract Holder Profile do not appear, your role does not allow you certify. Your company can have one Contract Holder Program Manager assigned.
The items in the Profile are defined in FAR Part 16 and other Federal regulations. For information about each item, you should consult the relevant regulations.
In the Left Rail, click Contract Holder Profile Management.
In the Contract Holder Profile Management dashboard, review the items in your profile.
Click Certify.
Note
Some changes to the Contract Holder Profile must be approved by NITAAC before they take effect. The Profile Approval Status "This profile is currently awaiting NITAAC approval" appears on the Contract Holder Profile Management page.
If your profile needs to be approved, you cannot certify it until NITAAC has approved the pending changes. Contact NITAACsupport@nih.gov for assistance.
