To Edit Your Contract Holder Profile

The Contract Holder Program Manager can make changes to the Contract Holder Profile.

If you need to specify a new Program Manager, you should first request that NITAAC assign the user to the Contractor Program Manager role. Please open a ticket with NITAACsupport@nih.gov in accordance with your contract. After NITAAC approves the change, you can make changes to the Contract Holder Profile.

Note

After you submit your changes, NITAAC Staff reviews and approves them.

The items in the Profile are defined in FAR Part 16 and other Federal regulations. For information about each item, you should consult the relevant regulations.

Note

The information in your profile can affect the opportunities that your company is eligible for. You should make sure that the information is correct at all times.

  1. In the Left Rail, click Contract Holder Profile Management.

  2. In the Contract Holder Profile Management dashboard, review the items in your profile.

  3. Click Edit Profile.

  4. In the Edit Contract Holder Information page, make any needed changes to your information, then click Save & Submit Changes,
