User Management (Dashboard)
The User Management dashboard lets you manage the users that you are responsible for in e‑GOS.
Tip
If you are not responsible for other users, the dashboard does not appear.
You can do the following for one or more users:
Change the user subscriptions. For more information, see To Change a User's Subscription(s).
Change the user role. For more information, see To Change a User's Role.
Change the user status. For more information, see To Change a User's Status.
Reset the user password. For more information, see To Reset a User's Password.
Reset a failed login count. For more information, see To Reset a User's Failed Login Count.
You can also select multiple users and make changes to all selected users. For more information, see To Make Changes to Multiple Users.
