Managing Users
Every Contract Holder has one one user assigned to the Contract Holder Program Manager role. In addition to other responsibilities, the Contract Holder Program Manager manages the access that users at your company have to e‑GOS. If your role includes user management, the User Management item appears in the Left Rail. The Contractor Program Manager can assign any user to the Contractor Staff or Contractor Limited View roles. The Contractor Program Manager cannot assign another user to the Contractor Program Manager role. Only NITAAC can assign a user to the Contractor Program Manager Role. If you need to request that a new user is assigned the Program Manager role, please open a ticket with NITAACsupport@nih.gov in accordance with your contract.
When managing users, you can make changes to one user at a time or you can make bulk changes to multiple select users.
Note
When a new Contract Holder user registers, their account status is Initial. The Contractor Program Manger or e‑GOS Program Support must set the user to Active status before they can log in.
