e‑GOS Contract Holder Guide

To Change a User's Status

Note

When a new Contract Holder user registers, their account status is Initial. The Contractor Program Manger or e‑GOS Program Support must set the user to Active status before they can log in.

  1. Click Change User Status. The User Information page appears.

  2. Locate the Status section of the User Information page.

    Tip

    You can click Screenshot of the Help icon. Click the icon to display the Help menu, which lets you access helpful information about NITAAC and e‑GOS. to view a definition of each status.

  3. Click Screenshot of the Selection Dropdown Arrow. Click to view the Role drop-down list. next to the status. The status list appears.

  4. Click the new status.

    Warning

    If a user status is set to Deleted only NITAAC Support can reactivate them.

    Note

    Initial and Suspended are automatically set by e‑GOS. They cannot be selected.
