To Change a User's Role

  1. Click Change User Role. The User Information page appears.

  2. Locate the Membership Role section of the User Information screen.

  3. Click Screenshot of the Selection Dropdown Arrow. Click to view the Role drop-down list. next to the current role. The list of available roles appears.

    Tip

    Contact NITAAC support to change the user to a role not listed.

  4. Click the new role.
